I’m 34 today, so I drew myself a cupcake with a candle stuck in it. Yup, living it up.

Last day at Points South
I went up to Points South on Saturday, to get one last look before it went away for good, and hang out with Snooj and Marla et al. Also to check out what was up for sale. I didn’t really need anything, but that didn’t stop me from picking up a server rack and a cast-iron saucepan. =)
I took a bunch of pictures, check em out.
So many games, so little time!
Now is the time of year where all the games come out at once. Instead of spacing them out nicely, publishers seem to think the best plan is to all compete head-to-head with one another in a battle royale leading up to Christmas.
So right now, I’m playing Fable II, Final Fantasy III, and Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, and I just got Fallout 3 and Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, and Little Big Planet should be arriving any day now.
Fallout 3 looks really cool, but I may hold off on starting it, since I’m really into Fable II right now. Of course Adam’s gonna be playing Fallout 3 and telling me all about how cool it is…
Tii-iii-iii-ime… isn’t on my side… no it’s not….
Trying to get to Maine, but keep finding things that need doing.
So instead of leaving before noon, which was originally my plan, looks like I’ll be heading out at 3pm.
Sigh… always rushing around, always late anyway.
Well, better get back to preparing…
time hates me sometimes
Sometimes it feels like time is closing in on me, there isn’t enough time to do all that needs to be done. Ideas go unremarked, projects go undone, deadlines close in like freight trains… if I’m not fast on my feet, a train will hit me, and I’ll be knocked right out of my Keds like the kid in Stand By Me.
So many things I want to try… so many things I have to do… and never enough time for any of it.
I haven’t exercised in weeks, I haven’t done anything creative… I haven’t even played video games much. I’m behind at work, behind at home, and I’m not sure where all the time goes.
Sometimes it seems like all I ever do is drive from place to place.
p.s.
Oh, and before I forget:
