It’s c-c-c-cold in here!
I was warm and cozy under the covers last night. I grabbed Trouble and shoved her under the covers, at first she was annoyed but then she noticed how warm it was and stayed under all night.
I slept wearing the hat Sarah knitted me, to keep my ears warm. I stayed in bed as long as I could, but now it’s almost noon so I finally got up. It’s so cold!
I think it’s literally warmer in the fridge than in the house. Figures I just went food shopping before the ice storm and now it’s probably all spoiled. Shoulda put it out on the porch when the power first went.
There are workers outside one of my neighbor’s houses, I hope they make it to my house today. I so want power and heat back!
