Am I the only one who pronounces “eco” as “eek-oh” instead of “echo”?

I think I generally say it “eeko” but maybe it depends on the day or the context? Relatedly, my brother Mark had a cat named Eco…they said it “eeko” 🙂
I also pronounce it eek-o, which is an acceptable pronunciation according to my dictionary. But then I also sometimes pronounce “data” as “day-ta”….I rarely hear anyone else do this, but, again, according to my dictionary, it is an acceptable pronunciation.
I pronounce it “hip-pee”.
Head fulla hurts
Only reason I started saying “echo” instead of “ee-ko” was some guy diagonally across from me who yells it into my head (incorrectly) every day.
